For over 25 years, John and Pat Henek have been the team behind the unique designs of Heartland House. Pat develops each design, stitches the prototype, and interacts with customers and vendors while John manages the marketing and advertising elements of the business.
Designs are based on museum collections, botanical prints, architectural masterpieces, tropical fish, national symbols, historic buildings, and endangered animal designs with a special focus on Frank Lloyd Wright artwork.

Here it is the first of July and I am still working on a last minute pattern for the Fourth! Oh well, it wouldn't be me if I weren't scrambling to get something done. I have family coming in to visit and I wanted to make a patriotic design to decorate a wreath. If I get it done, it should be really cute. If not, it will be ready for next year!
